Returns 

Your satisfaction is paramount to us here at Joey Slings.  If you are not satisfied at all in any way with your purchase you can ask for a full refund.

All we ask is that the sling is returned to us in an unwashed, unused condition within seven days of receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for postage costs for returning the item.

Exchanges

If you receive your sling and are not happy with the print you have chosen, we will exchange it for you. 

Simply return it to us within seven days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging. 

You are responsible for covering the cost of postage to return your sling and have a new one sent out.
